Quite an impressive addition to this picture. Not to say that the original photograph wasn't a beautiful shot, but the modified result is similarly impressive.

To begin with you didn't limit yourself to the lighting that was in the original picture; you softened the light, added some glow, and gave it a strong hue. Similarly you also softened the picture itself. This changes the mood of the picture and makes it more warm which blends well with the theme of the image. Similarly you colored the background away from it's original photographer's paper gray to a much more colorful theme.

In both of these cases you did so with little to no bleed on the colors except with the 'energy lines' which is good as they should be producing lens flare.

The energy lines are imaginative and clean. They react with a sense of - well - energy in the shot and add life to the previously static shot. This strongly adds to the artistic sense established by the subject matter and truly earns this work it's title.

However, and it's just a nitpick, the approach you used (curling around the subject) is redundant with your previous work. It's still appropriate but that being said other possibilities could be explored in this and future works. Possible examples would include running on the edges of the subject or coursing through it.

In general you've done an excellent job of bringing life to an otherwise sterile shot and I think your hard work was well rewarded with this final product.

You did a great job - I especially like the way you modified the illumination of the flowers; they look way more vividly than in the original picture.

The rays of lightning around the hand / bird look good, but (imho) are a bit too sharp in comparison to the intense, yet soft light you used for the head and shoulders. Although the horizontal rays (reaching from the right side through the shoulder to the wrist) perfectly fit into the compositon of the picture.

The most astonishing part of the picture is (imho) the face; the red gleam and the little sparks intensify the models expression and draw the viewer's look. Very impressive, really.

Hope that's is a fair critic . . . ehm . . . comment ;-) Thx for listening.

I love this one. I like the red glow in the picture and especially on her face. Her expression is very focused and the floresent spiral around her hand is very creative. Very ,very nice!

So beautiful! Sorry I can't offer a real critique, I just love this image! You did a wonderful job blending the photo with the effects, and I like the way her skin seems to glow from the colors and light around her.
